JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Analyst is responsible for management of all analytics and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity and meet client requirements. The Sales Analyst will create both standard and custom reports, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, assess data integrity and provide internal support to the sales and operations teams.  Additionally, this position drives recommendations, implements new processes and programs to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely reporting and client compliance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual, sales, operations and client 
  • specific reporting,
  • Develop and provide sales reporting and analysis that regularly monitors sales productivity and performance
  • Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales forecasts (month and quarter focus)
  • Provide data and analytical reporting that details sales activities for presentations and business reviews
  • Creates ad-hoc measures and reports as required/requested to support sales analysis
  • Determine client specific reporting requirements; develop and deliver such reporting analytics

Manage Client Expectations:

  • Meet with client, as required, to determine analytical mandates.
  • Develop and manage processes for delivery of client required reporting and analytics
  • Conduct and manage client audit requests and deliver exceptional results

General

  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Experience working with Salesforce and specifically, reporting from TalentRover.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of application go-live and post-live activities for upgrades and system enhancements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts. May spend small periods of time in a hospital setting.

Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.

Moderate overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air may be required to visit company locations, client sites, and/or other locations.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
