We have worked with our client for years placing their staff as vacancies come up. So we know they have a good setup, especially in their new offices which are now double the size. They have a team who enjoy coming to the office to work with one another.

They are looking for additional experienced, real estate sales consultants now and have nominated the suburbs of Springfield Lakes and Bellbird Park as the two areas they want to cover.

Your efforts will be rewarded with support from the Principal, a generous commission structure and a credit/debit system is available if you choose.

The office is in a good prominent location in a large new shopping centre in the area and they have a substantial rent roll, so lots of passing traffic.

Your role will involve:

  • Obtaining listings - this is the most important part of the role and the hardest
  • Handling the sales process - demand is high so sales are easy to achieve
  • Conducting sales appraisals
  • Marketing yourself to prospective sellers
  • Doing comparative sales analysis
  • Showing properties to potential buyers
  • Managing sales contracts and procedures


To join their sales team as sales consultants, you MUST have the following;

  • A current QLD real estate certificate or full license
  • Strong sales success, preferably in real estate industry
  • High percentage of sales appraisals converting to listings
  • Ability to commit to long working hours, including weekends
  • Modern, reliable car and current driver's license
