Sales Management Manager
Responsible for implementing new Sales Process, which visualizes our sales effort by SFDC (Salesforce dot com - software)
This is a newly created role and the manager is expected to introduce new monitoring system for each of sales account managers activities, pipelines, sales forecast.
A candidate should have more than 10 years sales experience at major companies, where SFDC or any relevant tools are being used to track/monitor sales numbers.
Of course, he/she is responsible to achieve its sales revenue target.
Salary range: Up to 15,000,000 JPY OTE.
