TDM & Associates, a leading executive search firm providing search services for 21 years has been retained to identify candidates for a Sales Representative. Our client, considered one of the best companies to work for in the central Illinois area, designs and manufactures a full range of turbocharger products and accessories for the agricultural, industrial, marine, commercial truck and military markets.
1. Gather customer data, present and input this data into PDT action.
2. Prepare quotations to management and OEM customers.
3. Prepare presentations for the customer and management.
4. Coordinate and participate in customer visits, dinners, social activities and meetings.
5. Monitor customer web-based supplier portals. Gather and upload required business metrics as directed.
6. Lead and participate in customer related meetings, conference calls and web-meetings.
7. Support development of new products; communicate information to project development team.
B.S. in Business related or Industry related field with 3-5 years experience.
Spanish, German or Japanese as a 2nd language is desirable, but not required.
Extensive travel via ground and air as directed by Manager of Sales and Marketing.
Extensive knowledge of international business metrics analysis.
Must be proficient in Power Point and Excel and have previous experience with MRP systems.
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
