As the Salesforce.com Business Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining a stable and reliable Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform. You will apply your strong analytical, functional, and planning skills, along with your practice knowledge for using Salesforce.com. Your primary duties will include user setup, territory management, trouble-shooting and triage of SFDC issues along with development of reports and monitoring data integrity. Additionally, you will be responsible for a successful implementation and transition to Lightning.
--- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements in order to develop detailed and well thought out change requests/user stories
--- Take initiative to identify and resolve functionality that may not be working. Think through problems and make actionable recommendations
--- Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users. Serve as a member on a team responsible for trouble-shooting and triage of issues
--- Be able to clearly communicate issues and potential resolutions to the teams responsible for fixing. Deliver professional communication to end users where required
--- Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in Salesforce.com data
--- Work on a team responsible for implementation and transition to Lightning for approximately 800 users
--- Primary resource for user set-up, security controls and territory management.
--- Serve as Salesforce.com subject matter expert for trainers that support the end-user community
--- Responsible for managing multiple priorities in a complex org
--- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
--- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred
--- Demonstrated effective and efficient administration of Salesforce.com
--- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience implementing and configuring the Salesforce.com instance; supporting a minimum 500 users, profiles and associated security requirements
--- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Lightning
--- Demonstrated experience supporting and/or managing multiple Salesforce.com projects and enhancement releases
--- Strong analytical, detail driven, and problem solving skills
--- Resilience, determination, energy and enthusiasm
--- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and gain respect
--- Strong influencing skills; Strong documentation and training skills
--- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
--- Data manipulation skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
--- Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
--- Demonstrated ability to build relationships across organization
--- Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.
