We are partnering with our client to identify successful Senior Client Wealth Strategists to serve as an astute business development professional serving ultra-high net worth private clients. The client firm’s wealth management platform includes private firming, wealth & estate planning, family office services, access to lending and financing capabilities, fiduciary services, and full investment management.

The Wealth Strategist is responsible for the overall growth and development of client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an established, relationship-focused professional accountable for sourcing and developing new high net worth clients with a minimum of $5M+ in investable assets. This may include individuals, families, businesses, trusts and foundations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Client Wealth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, generating, and servicing business with ultra-high net worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations.
  • Leverage existing network of professional Centers of Influence efforts (i.e. CPAs, Attorneys, insurance professionals, business managers, etc.) to drive successful new business development.
  • Partaking in community organizations and non-profits events to increase networking opportunities and increase the firm’s visibility.
  • Actively cultivating and preserving relationships with external sources of new business, including: CPAs, attorneys, investment firms and other impactful contacts.
  • Attaining designated revenue goals by generating leads and supervising the business development process through to completion via high levels of appropriate client activity, providing insightful solutions, and collaborating with internal partners.
  • Upon completion of onboarding a new client, the Wealth Strategist will be answerable for transitioning of day-to-day management of the client to an assigned relationship manager, while maintaining continuous engagement with the client.
  • Developing a full balance sheet perspective of prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and goals to expand and preserve their wealth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Senior Client Wealth Strategist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • 10+ years of sales and relationship management experience within the wealth management industry
  • Established network of ultra-high net worth individuals in their locale, as well as with the professional organizations and center of influence that serve them
  • High energy, sales-minded, business development professional with a track record of achieving production goals
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and asset classes including: stocks, bonds, cash, trusts and alternative investments (i.e.: hedge funds and private equity)
  • Effective and credible communication skills. Skillful in distilling complex information into a clear and concise message

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
