Implement real-world, practical lean projects interacting with all plant departments.
Lead the way in the most efficient plant lay-out for machinery and equipment
Use data,statistical analysis and perform root cause analysis to plot the course for improvement in all departments; particularly on the manufacturing plant floor.
Work with all departments with an emphasis in supporting the operators on the floor
Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification desired
Experience leading GEMBA walks and/ or Kaizen events
Proven experiencing improving processes, increasing through-put, and eliminating waste.
Plant layout experience - rotating and non-rotaing equipment
Outstanding "can-do" attitude
Very clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
