This is a great opportunity for a talented financial analyst to build upon their core budgeting and forecasting experience and contribute to the group's efforts to provide more decision support business analysis. The group has a great deal of exposure to the commercial business leaders.

The group has just implemented a new ERP Planning software tool and are beginning to exam business issues such as the strength of the Company's e commerce model and efficiency of their manufacturing efforts.


                                               Senior Financial Analyst

Our Client is a global consumer products company. The company is a billion-dollar operating company with multiple business units.  This role will support one of those units. This business unit is headquartered south of Boston and has operations in the mid-west and Mexico. They are looking to expand their Financial Planning & Analysis team to support the growing needs of their business.  The Financial Analyst would report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis


The Senior Financial Analyst will help provide financial support and true partnership to the commercial leaders of the business. This individual will assist in the preparation of the analysis and deliver the results to the stakeholders.

  • Analyze and communicate monthly results.
  • Research variance analyses with business leaders.
  • Support our rolling financial forecast and annual budgeting processes.
  • Prepare customer-level profitability reporting, and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
  • Other responsibilities could include financial modeling for product level pricing / margin analysis, return on ad-spend calculations, capital expenditure reporting, and general operating cost management.  
  • Will collaborate with the Director of FP&A on preparation of management metric scorecards and financial presentations for both internal executive stakeholders as well as our international corporate partners.


                                             Senior Financial Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
  • 3 plus years of experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer products industries a plus
  • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills (advanced MS Office Suite)
  • ERP, business planning tools, and/or Adaptive Insights experience preferred
  • Attributes such as ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate expectations to stakeholders, and capability to win the confidence of the business leaders is necessary to be successful in this role.
