This is a large and well-established beverage company with multiple regions, yet it hasn't lost its family feel.  People tend to stay at this company for long careers.  This department is a key department, and this person will know the CEO within their first week.  People in this department often promote out into interesting directions.  There will be 3 direct reports for this person.  There were no Covid layoffs in this company.  This person will have their own office. 


  • Lead and implement National/Regional Customer and channel price package plans
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to perform price package analytics throughout the year to down to the customer & package level to determine effectiveness of plan and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to improve business process and procedures
  • Provide key stakeholder input to Commercialization Team to drive channel priorities
  • Review any regional price package plans for accuracy and profitability and then ensure they are implemented for assigned division/region;
  • Perform profitability analysis for assigned National Account customers and local customers to maximize gross profit for the channel & organization
  • Direct and lead a team of PRGM Managers and Analysts in reporting and analytics for the assigned channel business to steward relevant insights and collaborative business planning process    


  • Master's degree in business, finance, or other related field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ work experience that demonstrates understanding of sales, production, distribution operations, profit/loss statements, accounting transactions, and financial performance analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytic/reporting suite tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience leading a team and developing talent
  • Demonstrated skills – organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Understanding of Financial and Forecasting models (i.e. ROI analysis, profit/loss statements, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting, and planning

University - Master's Degree
