JOB DESCRIPTION

--- Ability to mentor and lead the engineering team through projects.
--- Ability to manage manufacturing projects and ability to execute the project into the process.
--- Your expertise with high-speed assembly lines and metrology knowledge.
--- Design expertise of tooling, fixtures, and gages.
--- Knowledge and experience with “bolted joints.”
--- Ability to analyze and make process improvements in the production process.
--- Knowledge of torque, press, and gaging equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

--- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
--- 5+ years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing facility – automotive would-be a plus.
--- Experience with AutoCAD, and Pro E, or equivalent.
--- Project Management Professional certification a plus.
--- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification a plus.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
