QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must BS Engineering degree preferable in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial
  • Must have 10+ years experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing with experience in electro-mechanical sub assemblies and experience in new product introduction
  • Must have understand all the operations and be able to understand the needs of all the departments in terms of NPI (purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, planning and logistics)
  • Travel up to 50% at times due to acquisition integration or other projects going on
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, quick learner, driven and not afraid to experiment.
  • Medical Device manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong lean manufacturing expertise, strong project management expertise across cross-functional teams
  • Good experience with CAD software (solidworks), and ERP systems, product lifecycle applications (Agile)

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
