JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Lead shipping and receiving - ensuring all products are pulled and labeled correctly

• Load products on trucks

• Spot checking product pulled

• verseeing staging and products being loaded

• Set achievable targets for delivery, customer service, and safety

• Coach, counsel, and train subordinates

• Manage returned product, and inventory inaccuracies

• Meet and check in with delivery drivers regarding issues

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• High School Degree required

• A minimum of five years supervisory experience as a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor in a Warehouse environment

• Must have Manufacturing industry experience

• Must have a working knowledge of material handling.

• Building material background is a plus

• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

• Must be able to read, review, and analyze information.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
