Lead Solution Architect (DPC and PLM): part of the Enterprise Architecture team and responsible for designing, and helping to implement projects within the Project Lifecycle Management and Digital Product creation domain. Responsible for the creation and on-going refresh of master plans (capability maps, architecture blueprints and the roadmap) to achieve the desired future landscape and business goals.
The role is also responsible to act as a internal subject matter expert (SME) for all Enterprise PLM process. This individual will guide and mentor various teams within matrix organization to ensure the solution that is deployed is aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities: Act as a PLM and DPC Solution Architect and help in Architecting detailed solution design and guide in implementing complex supply chain solutions as per Industry best practices
As a lead architect for the Enterprise PLM solution, work with internal and external technical teams, other PLM team members on all technical solutions.
Responsible for leading efforts in creating capabilities based architecture and Enterprise Reference Architecture including creating current state, transition State and To-be state Architecture within the Planning and Sourcing Solutions
Provide deep expertise and technical understanding of the applications within DPC and PLM domain able to articulate the full platform capabilities and how it may be support business needs
Guide and mentor various solution engineers and technical teams to ensure the solution that is being built is aligned to overall architecture guidelines and standards
Be part of the Architectural Solution board to ensure domain specific solutions and artifacts are aligned with the Hanes methodology and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, 7+ years of related experience., or related industry certification, is preferred.
5+ years overall IT system architecture, design, development, deployment experience with proven credentials of architecting solutions for enterprise scale organizations.
Experience with most of the PLM tools such as PTC Flex PLM, Digital Asset Management (Adobe AEM, Nuxeo) Authoring tools (Browzwear. Adobe etc.)
Supply Chain Certified Professional (CSCP) is preferred but not mandatory
Should be a Subject Matter Expertise of all the Business processes within PLM functions and their enabling applications.
Be very knowledgeable about various design patterns in enterprise architecture including usage of EA tools and showcasing best practices in integrating different applications and components.
25% Travel maybe involved.
