A local Toowoomba Specialist Disability Support Provider is looking for an experienced and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join their team. Working mostly with paediatric clients and their families, you will be part of an integrative service providing evidence informed and contemporary therapies for your clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team that is driven to make a real difference in the lives of their clients and families.

Our client has modern purpose-built facilities that create a warm and familiar atmosphere for clients and their families (not to mention, a brand new sensory room coming soon!). You will be joining a team with a unified set of values and who are driven to make a real difference in the lives of their clients and their families. With on-site Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, you will often be involved in multidisciplinary assessments and interventions (including joint sessions) that deliver holistic and targeted care.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with a diverse client-base who experience a range of speech-language conditions;
  • Conducting thorough assessments and writing detailed support plans and reports;
  • Utilising modern evidence-based interventions to provide your clients with the best possible care; and
  • Complying with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.


The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and have a working knowledge and passion for delivering NDIS services. The candidate will also have familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme, the Quality and Safeguards Framework and restrictive practices regulations in the state of Queensland. You will be a dedicated Speech Pathologist who strives to enact the values of the NDIS and support future clients and their families to achieve their goals.
