An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civils or Survey Manager to take the next step in their career manage an enthusiastic team of surveyors and technicians in the Sub Surface Technology division.


The Sub-Surface Technology team consists of 40 people and specialise in electronic locating of underground services, concrete imaging and drainage investigations.

About the role:


The role is based in Silverwater NSW.

  • You will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all aspects of the performance of the Sub-Surface Technology divisions (Sales and Marketing, Financial, Environment, Work Health and Safety, Quality and Innovation).
  • We are looking for a professional who has the ability to see potential issues arising and the initiative to take steps to remedy them, without being told to do so.
  • Those with proven skills in developing excellent working relationships (internally and externally), combined with a calm personality will be a perfect match for our company.
  • To be considered for this role you will need to have a minimum of 10 years experience in managing teams in an engineering or survey environment.
  • The ability to coach and mentor a multicultural team is essential.
