Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter

You will support your assigned operational unit or line of business team to facilitate hiring at the Compnay. You will be encouraged to use your creativity to discover ways to identify, source, evaluate and interest talent for the organization. Must be responsive to the organization's mission critcal recruitment needs.


Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Direct all aspects of the recruitment procedure from job specification concluded with the employment offer.
  2. Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills and experience. Endorse candidates to management based on examination of staffing needs and the candidate's skills.
  3. Provide timely and accurate data on the standing of recruiting efforts to the internal clients on a regular basis.
  4. Partners with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met, and legal/compliance obligations are met.
  5. Enthusiastically participate as a team member on numerous projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for excellence.
  6. Develop and maintain robust working relationships with business line clients to advance long term recruiting strategies to obtain or exceed the respective groups goals.
  7. Counsel executives on sourcing tactics, expectations, timelines, and deliverables to generate a hiring partnership that produces achievement with reliably positive outcomes.
  8. Strive to be recognized as the strategic, proactive and collaborative partner with all clients and colleagues.
  9. Manage a high volume of open requisitions daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications:


  1. Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques. This may include but is not limited to search engines, social media, job boards, professional associations, competitive intelligence and direct recruitment sourcing.
  2. Demonstrated full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced setting.
  3. Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
  4. Proven aptitude to assess talent and make endorsements to internal business clients.
  5. Extensive understanding of general business strategies and implications of HR policies, decisions and program operation.
  6. Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring entry level through professional level staff members.
  7. Solid familiarity with employment law.
  8. Outstanding computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  9. Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Knowledge of bank supervision & regulatory requirements
  11. Minimum 5 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or a recruitment intensive Human Resources capacity.
  12. Prior experience working with a staffing agency or search firm
