Are you a Business System Analyst looking to work for one of the best healthcare systems in the state of Florida? Do you have experience with PeopleSoft? Do you have experience with PeopleSoft-FCM? This role might be for you. Our client is seeking a technical PeopleSoft Business Analyst with proven experience with Supply Chan/Financials (FCM). This role will be onsite after COVID is resolved in Gainesville, Florida. 

We are unable to offer sponsorship for the PeopleSoft Business System Analyst role. 

What you will be doing:

• Working as a Business Analyst in partnership with the PeopleSoft Development team. 
• Provide requirements documentation, QA test cases, UAT Test cases, functional specifications, technical design specifications. 
• Supporting PeopleSoft Supply Chain/Financials (FCM) Systems projects and ongoing maintenance. 
• Work on PeopleSoft upgrades, bundles, and other projects. 
• Focus on the technical view of the PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain applications and design and implementation of customizations and fixes to the production system. 
• Partner with the PeopleSoft Team to resolving system issues with both end-users and technical staff. 
• Lead PeopleSoft Governance activities, proactive monitoring, and metrics reporting. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• What you need to bring to the table:

• At least 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting technical PeopleSoft teams.  
• At least 4  years of experience documenting complex business processes, translating them into actionable technology-related requirements and workflows. 
• At least 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain/Financials. 
• At least 4 years of experience gathering business, functional and non-functional requirements. 
• At least 4 years of designing and delivering user interface requirements, wireframes, screen element specifications. 
• At least 4 years of experience in creating business requirements documentation and associated documentation of research, workflows, and diagrams.
