we have recently been engaged by the International Director of Delivery for a digital health care infrastructure start up company that is currently “going live” across the continental U.S. Their mission; to seamlessly connect payers to providers at healthcare’s last mile thus improving clinical and operational workflow at the point of care. Their products address critical cost, quality, and experience levers and their differentiated technology enables dramatically faster and more flexible deployments for their payer and provider partners.

As they continually roll out Nationally, they require a Senior Technical Project Manager. The Candidate they seek will likely come from a technical foundation in engineering, computer science, information technology or related, and has moved to a technical project management/leadership role where they bring proficient to expert level knowledge in the software as a service (Saas) environment ideally with in the health information technology landscape. This project manager will still be close enough to the technology that they can still “walk the walk” technically with the developers and serve as the point of contact and project manager for all implementation, integration and delivery activities. The successful Candidate will bring advanced skills driving customer integrations and deploying project management best practices and has collaborated across multiple departments internally before that may include account management, marketing, PDV and R&D.

Senior Technical Project Manager

Remote US (East Coast)

The Delivery Team:

Our Delivery Team is a critical function in our growing business. This team is tasked with ensuring that the company's channel partners successfully shift from closed sales opportunities into live solutions through onboarding, R&D-customer coordination and analytics. 

The role

  • Serve as the point of contact and project manager for all implementation and integration activities with the project’s channel partner, collaborating closely with our R&D leaders and leading detailed scoping, data integration, project planning, KPIs definition and control, project execution, UATs and go live process. 
  • Track progress internally and externally, making sure the project is on the right path while identifying and managing risks on completion.
  • Lead execution process from end to end, controlling customer requests and managing expectations on both sides.
  • Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Provider Growth, Payer Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Product and R&D development leaders to create a seamless channel partner experience.
  • Be the project within organization in a “Deliver or Die” state of mind.

Success factors

Must Have

  • 5+ years technical project management within Saas tech companies (3+ in US healthcare organizations).
  • Strong project management and organization skills, with demonstrated experience delivering results across multiple workstreams and projects at once. 
  • Proven experience driving customer integrations and deploying project management best practices
  • Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations, tutorials, demos and whitepapers
  • Share our values: win as a team, obsess over purpose, integrity, constant improvement ownership, going big and positive energy and enthusiasm.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills that allow you to quickly and authentically connect to colleagues and customers.

Nice to Have

  • Solid knowledge of the health information technology landscape as relevant for working directly with healthcare businesses.
  • Technological background (actual software engineering or related).
  • Customer success background- preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
