JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for support desk (password resets, equipment troubleshooting).
  • Escalate tickets as necessary.
  • Track progress and resolution of customer issues thru ticketing system.
  • Provide on-call support for non-business hours.
  • Image computers, set up desktops, monitors, and desk phones.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have:

  • Minimum Associated Degree
  • 3-5 years' experience with troubleshooting, problem solving.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
