JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Will be liaison between Customers, Distributors, Sales and Engineering team
  • Work in-house to handle training sessions and answer technical support questions on phone
  • Handle  technical sales and service phone calls
  • Maintain documentation
  • Reviews blueprints, plans, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates or projected increases in production from client's use of proposed equipment or services
  • Reviews CAD drawings prepared by engineering
  • Proposes changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations


 
 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic Mechanical  Skills
  • Read wiring schematics/Calculate Voltage Loss
  • Need to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Some customer service experience
  • Some data analyzation experience (pivot analysis, excel)

Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
