JOB DESCRIPTION

Contract Opportunity

Responsibilities:

  • Support the technology requirements for new hires and new accounts.
  • Unbox, prepare, and deliver equipment kits to the maintenance department for equipment assembly.
  • Configure smartphones and computers (desktop and laptop) for new hires.
  • Configure, prepare, and ship computers, printers, time clocks, chit printers to support account openings.
  • Clearly communicate the status of all support tasks and provide clear notice of issues that arise that will impact the ability to provide account opening and new hire support.
  • Provide support with inventory requirements.
  • Assist with communicating status of purchase orders.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have:

  • Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems
  • Exemplary skill with engaging directly with customers and clients in a manner that maintains the company's reputation as a leader in quality of service
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
