Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Agronomy Services Employer seeking an individual to train into their Agronomy Operations division. Ideal candidate will have an On-Farm /Ag background, will have operated farm equipment, will have helped with farm equipment maintenance and will have the desire to learn how to efficiently apply Ag chemicals and fertilizer to area crops. Employer will assist this individual in obtaining his / her State of Illinois Applicator license. Must be able to take direction well and like to work independently. There will be opportunities, also, to drive truck for this Employer. As a result, Employer will assist individual in securing his / her CDL.
This is a family-run operation with a brand new RoGator Sprayer/Spreader combo as well as other John Deere Spray equipment. Average weekly work hours = 45 hours per week.

- High School degree or G.E.D.
- Family Farm upbringing with Farm Equipment Operation and Equipment Maintenance experience
- State of Illinois Applicator license OR ability to earn with help of Employer
- CDL OR ability to obtain with help of Employer
- Follows Directions Well and Works Well on Own
- Currently residing in Central Illinois OR looking to relocate back to Central Illinois
