Our client, consistently named one of the Best Performing Community Banks in the U.S. Employer seeks to hire a Trust Officer. The position offers variety in the type of accounts managed. Additionally, our client is looking at succession planning with this hire.
This area of West Texas is offers beautiful landscape, a multi-cultural community, and one of the safest places in the country to live.
Client service and outreach are number one.
Making presentations to board members while working with foundations and trusts.
Administer a variety of accounts i.e. estates, investment management, special needs and foundations.
New business is a team goal.
Inherit a smaller number of accounts, therefore room to grow.
Know about unique assets i.e. real estate, etc.
Proactively mitigate risk
Supervise and mentor assistant
Must be team oriented.
Experience making presentations
Experience administering a variety of accounts i.e. estates, investment management, special needs, and estate planning.
Be able to write complex communication.
Confident in communication, be able to build rapport
Knowledge of investments to explain performance and asset allocation.
Experience working with very knowledgeable high net worth individuals
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
