JOB DESCRIPTION

As Manager of Trust Operations, you will: 

  • Manage day to day trust operations including planning, budgeting and quality assurance
  • Review and assess talent of current staff to see where there are needs for training/education
  • Work with internal customers to better serve them and external customers
  • Work with outside vendors
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and delegating all tasks associated with Trust Operations 
  • Responsible for staff supervision
  • Ensure that the policies and procedures of the department are being followed

QUALIFICATIONS

As Manager of Trust Operations you will have:

  • Previous experience managing trust operations
  • Experience leading, training, and coaching staff
  • Understand BSA/AML regulations as applicable to trust operations
  • Experience leading consolidation of operations of acquired trust departments
  • Experience leading system conversions and system updates
  • Experience working with internal customers
  • Experience coordinating with corporate trust, oil & gas, pricing services, and mutual funds
  • Bachelors degree, CPA or CSOP a plus

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
