Client is a 100b ICT Giant company from China.

They operates over 170 countries around the world, and are providing full spectrum of ICT solution and services to Carriers customers, Enterprise Customers, and Consumers around the world.

Opening is under their GSPO office (Global Cyber Security and Priviacy Office), and focused on User Privacy and Data Priviacy.

The successful candidate must have strong exposure on Privacy Protection, on both technical competencies and also the latest Privacy Regulations like the GDPR recently implemented in Europe.



Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify stakeholders who have influence on industry and supervisory authorities, and establish a sound communication mechanism with them.
  2. Deliver keynote speeches and presentations on privacy protection topics at global industry summits, forums, and corporate expos.
  3. Be able to influence the interpretation of privacy protection compliance in a certain region, or participate in the operation and discussion of the official privacy protection compliance interpretation team.
  4. Build positive image and brand in privacy protection, establish the same privacy protection value appeals with industry peers and competitors, or reach consensus with them in the privacy protection compliance field.



Business qualifications:



       Clear thinking, keen insight, and good communication skills.

  1. Be able to work and communicate in English at mother tongue level.
  2. Experience as the chairman or major member of an industry privacy protection association preferred.
  3. Work experience in privacy protection management or external communication in European or US large multinational enterprises preferred.


Professional knowledge:

  1. ICT industry knowledge in cyber security, 5G, cloud computing, SDN, IoT, and enterprise products preferred.
  2. Participation in the writing of ISO and EU WP29 series privacy protection standards or guidelines

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
