We’re recruiting for two highly qualified Vice Presidents for a fintech in the South East -- a VP Partner Success – Relationship Manager (analyzing and optimizing all marketing channels and lead aggregators) and a VP Business Development.  The company is a fintech that grants loans to consumers via their Direct-to-Consumer online lending platform.  This early-stage company has won numerous awards and significant investments and is growing fast.  The roles are remote.

The VP Partner Success will work with aggregators, lead generators, publisher, and content providers to generate loans via the Direct-to-Consumer channels.  The key is to take an analytical, data-driven approach to partnerships.

In many ways, this is a typical “farmer” type of role in a B2B environment.  However, the partners are places with consumers congregate, and those consumers are the people who may take out loans with our fintech client.  The role of the Partner Success Relationship Manager is to make sure that the communications and links that those consumers see from our client via the partner are enticing and relevant to those specific consumers at that time and in what is being offered.

Basically, we need an account manager who is a data geek, who will try different approaches via different tests and comparisons, from pricing to packaging to delivery channel.

Ideal candidates for this job will come from:

Traditional lead generators, such as: Credit Karma; Intuit; LendingTree; Even Financial; NerdWallet; Wallet Hub; Credit Sesame; Credible; Quinstreet; Monevo; Experian; Transunion; Crowdnecction; Rocket Loans.

Other Fintech and Online Consumer Lenders such as: OneMain Financial; Upstart; LendingClub; Sofi; Prosper; BestEgg. Synchrony.

Top ten personal loan providers, including banks and captive finance companies.

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
