Nationally recognized RIA with 100B+ in AUM is engaged in exciting expansion throughout several regions and is seeking to hire multiple VP's of Sales in strategic locations with a proven track record of success.
Initial hiring will focus on the East Coast region in addition to Minnesota, Georgia and Ohio.
The Firm services HNW clients with a Fee-Only model and has thousands of inbound calls each month. The VP of Sales will be handed qualified leads to pursue with zero cold calling requirements. Firm provides full operational support and home office setup including purchase of equipment.
Position provides significant earning potential including base salary for the first two years and uncapped commissions with the potential to earn 7 figures.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, natural networker with outstanding interpersonal skills who loves sales and is self-motivated to succeed.
Candidates must have 5-25 years of experience with a proven track record of growth success in financial services sales to individuals or in a wholesaling environment. Series 65 required; other certifications a plus.
