JOB DESCRIPTION

We are eagerly hiring a Vice President of Business Development and Sales to lead our expansion in North America . In conjunction with a host of exciting new products for CBRS, C-band and 5G, we would like to establish a strong customer service, marketing and sales presence in North America. This is an exciting role for an experienced entrepreneur or professional executive manager that will be required to establish and manage all aspects of the business in the region. The position reports directly to the CEO, and will have approximately 4 direct reports.

- This is a tellecommute position which allows to be based from home in the continental USA or Canada

 

  • Proven ability to grow and manage Antenna sales through complex channels and in various markets.
  • Prior experience in new product development and marketing initiatives of external Antennas.
  • Prior experience in managing international sales and distribution.
  • Strong financial acumen, including prior Forecasting & P&L management experience.
  • Willingness to travel 70% plus. Travel includes trade shows, customer visits, team meetings, and, international travel to customer locations and facilities worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a successful sales strategy to hit North American revenue growth targets
  • Establish our company as number 1 in North America for Concealed Antenna Nodes (CANs’), for CBRS and C-band base station antennas
  • Work with the other members of our leadership team to build a highly successful global business
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on annual business and strategic planning, sales and marketing strategy, product development, operations, and, the development of long-term goals to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Partner closely and cross-functionally alongside executive colleagues as required
  • Lead the sales planning and forecasting effort to meet both short and long-term goals for the North America Antenna market.
  • Evaluate new channels and influence new product development and pricing strategy.

The select candidate must reside in the continental USA and be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Education:

A 4-year degree will be required; MBA and/or related graduate degree strongly preferred.

  • A Minimum of 15+ years of progressive sales experience, including prior leadership experience as a key member of an executive team.
  • Experience must include 5+ years in a sales management role with strategic oversight and day-to-day management responsibilities for international selling.
