We are working with a successful, growing global manufacturer ($100M division of a $3B+ organization), to find a high energy, strategic, innovative sales executive. We need a strong leader who can manage and direct sales for business unit globally, creating sales objectives and goals, setting strategic vision, mission and overall direction. In this role you own all of Sales globally for the business.
The Vice President of Global Sales will be responsible for maximizing sales volume, profitability, and market penetration of business unit markets through management, administration, and performance of sales activities. In this role you will establish 3-5-10 year sales strategic plans. You will drive a forecasting model (building processes, performance expectations/results, action plan), sales efficiencies (core selling process, influencing others, overall effectiveness), and core customer expansion (maximizing sales volume, profitability, market penetration). This team is focused on expanding the core customer base while supporting a stable customer base. Must be able to establish pricing strategies and discount programs.
