Primary responsibilities for this role include sales and business development planning/forecasting, pipeline management, successful execution of the sales cycle and attainment of client wins and contract renewals/expansions. Accountable to drive the achievement of client acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a solution-oriented, consultative sales approach in an organization that has a continuous improvement culture.
Build an annual $50MM+ sales pipeline of consulting, training, and staffing services.
Owns and is accountable for the entire sales cycle while coordinating and or engaging support from appropriate internal stakeholders to execute sales approach/strategy
The overall goal is to Increase the number of new opportunities in the sales pipeline, managing opportunities from lead generation to closed contract
Works with Client Leads/Verticals on account expansion and new business opportunities within large accounts
Provides support & participates in the RFP/RFI process
10+ years of staffing and consulting industry experience leading business development efforts of Fortune 100 accounts
Proven track record of achieving established sales and business development targets, with a strong client orientation with an annual sales portfolio of $10MM plus
Demonstrated ability to articulate service offerings and to position them against the competition
Demonstrated ability to influence credibly at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proficient technical knowledge of emerging technologies and trends, i.e., Block Chain, Cloud, Agile Methods, AI, Security, etc.
Must be a highly motivated and an organized self-starter with a strong network of accounts coupled with proven ability to utilize social media marketing channels
