JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of a larger IT team you will report to the Application Development Manager and become their Subject Matter Expert on their Document Management software.   

In this role you will:

  • Provide general troubleshooting to address any user issues with the Document Management System

  • Will serve as administrator of the document managment system including managing user access and security groups along with other configuration tasks

  • Create/modify/update workspace and folders

  • Providing occasional training to users, act as primary point of contact with the vendor, and will investigate ways the business can better leverage the iManage platform. 

  • Provide, enforce and maintain best practices for the DMS

  • Serve as Project Manager for any initiatives related to Document Management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

*Must have 3+ years experience supporting and /or administering  a Document Management Software Application such as iManage, eDocs, etc.   (Adding/Deleting users, troubleshooting, etc).

*Prior experience managing projects.

*Team player with excellent communication skills
