Seeking Occupational Therapist for a Hospital Position in Waterloo, Iowa.
A candidate with a few years experience working in a SNF but we are willing to train. This position will provide training for an OT who is looking to get into management. They will be trained as the Back up Director Of Rehab. They will learn basics of; Multi-discipline management, PPS management, Expense management and budget/labor allocation, Scheduling and staffing.
Network of more than 500 in-house long-term care centers, assisted living facilities, outpatient rehabilitation clinics, and home health care & hospice offices.
Outcomes comparable to and often exceeding those of acute care and rehab hospitals in a more cost-effective setting.
