Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking an Accountant for one of their Nebraska Agri-Business clients. Primary responsibility will be General Ledger accountability, Financial Reporting, Audit Preparation, and other special projects as assigned. Individual will be responsible for overseeing other accounting personnel and reviewing data entry information. An understanding of Agronomy, Ranching, or Feedlot financing would be beneficial for this position.
- BS degree in Accounting or Business
- 3+ years of experience in a Business Accounting
- Project Management experience or understanding
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting Principles and Practices
- Ability to oversee multiple Books of Business
- Microsoft Office Computer Application knowledge
- Attentive to detail and be accurate and well-organized
- Strong mathematical, analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
