JOB DESCRIPTION

COMPANY:

It is a HK publicly listed group of companies

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Partner with the Chairman of the Group as well as Financial Controllers of business units.

·   Overall responsible for finance functions of various divisions of the Group including property development & management, fashion retailing, treasury & investment.

·   Be responsible for financial organizational functions, financial control & compliance, accounting reporting and investor relations etc.

·   Responsible for strategic planning (both financial organizational and operational), financial projections and accounting services of the firm and report financial status directly to the chairman.

·   Manage and direct 20 staff in Accounting team.

REQUIREMENTS:

·   Degree holder, CPA qualification or equivalent.

·   15+years of finance experience in HK listed company with PRC working experience.

·   A strong track record in Property Services industry would be an advantage.

·   Strong leadership skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

·   Highly independent, initiative, stable character and tactful manner.

·   Fluent in English, Cantonese & Putonghua is a MUST.
