Our client, a worldwide leading pharmaceutical company, specialized in R&D, production and sale of innovative pharmaceuticals solutions, is seeking an:

MEDICAL DIRECTOR - EARLY CLINICAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (M/F)

Permanent Contract

 

The Early Clinical Evaluation Unit is composed of more
than 20 employees specialized in the operational implementation of early stages
clinical trials (first administration to humans, pharmacological studies,
research models).

The objective is to define and conduct clinical trials
relating to pharmacological targets coming from internal research and/or
external collaborations to support decision-making.

You organize and manage the Clinical Evaluation Unit with the following missions:

Define the early evaluation projects plan and approve the documentation required for regulatory submission of clinical studies;

Supervise phase I to phase IIa clinical studies;

Develop pharmacology and clinical models;

Oversee operational phases of clinical studies, participate in the analysis of projects coming from the Licensing;

Establish collaborative links with Clinical Research Centers;

Manage, motivate and ensure the development of team members;

Manage and monitor the budget of studies and the operating expenses.

MD, you have at least 10 years of relevant experience in Clinical
Development within an international pharmaceutical company or a CRO.

You have project management experience and a solid knowledge of
international regulatory environment for clinical trials. You have the ability
to manage teams and a good knowledge of Pharmacology and Dermatology.

You enjoy teamwork and want to integrate a dynamic group to conduct high
challenge projects.

Fluent English is required, French is a plus.
