Apply your understanding of audit theories and procedures on client engagements to perform audit procedures on assigned audit areas, and identify and resolve client audit issues
Develop relationships with clients and staff, including involvement in networking and business development activities
May review staff work product while providing constructive feedback and identifying staff developmental needs
May assist managers in developing ideas to help clients with operational and control opportunities, client presentations and selling opportunities
The qualifications.
2 - 5 years of recent Audit experience in public accounting; CPA required
Experience with working with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare industries is a plus, but not required
Successful experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
Ability to organize work effectively and meet deadlines
Proficient with all tax or audit software applications
Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Toledo, OH area or be willing to relocate to the area for this opportunity. Some travel throughout the region is required. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.
