The International Tax Manager/Senior Manager is responsible as a key team member of the International Tax Services Group (ITS) for the delivery of a full range of international tax services in a wide variety of industries. Financial Services will be a primary focus area.

These include providing memoranda of international tax planning advice, review of international information forms, and assistance with provision reviews, helping to coordinate and facilitate international engagements, and supporting other lines of business as appropriate.

• Must be highly motivated and willing to take advantage of career development in a dynamic work environment in the context of an expanding international tax practice.  

• Professional and technical growth through working with an International tax Partner, Director, and Senior Managers based  in our New York City office.  

• Communicate directly with clients as appropriate as well as participate in client proposals to assist in practice development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience:

• Technical expertise in international tax commensurate with three to five years of experience working in the International tax field, including a mix of international tax consulting and compliance

• Experience with Hedge Funds, PE Firms and Broker Dealers is a plus

• Proficiency in writing and research concerning international tax matters and desire to become a subject matter expert

• Communication skills to facilitate relationships with clients and EisnerAmper professionals

• High energy and motivation to contribute to an expanding international service line and achieve professional development 

• Collaborative skills to work in a team environment

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA, Masters in Taxation, LLM in Taxation, or JD

• Work experience in a professional services environment
