WHY IS THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY?

Great bank that needs a Sr. Commercial RM focused on the lower middle market segment with revenues between $5mm and $50mm but at times may go larger.  Lead with credit and cross sell treasury managment and possibly a few other LOBs.  This is a great position if you find your current bank is not lending, or if credit culture is so tight you're not getting deals done.  Not like the national banks where you're focused on selling everything but loans to simply drive revenue, this is a true Commercial Loan Officer role.  Focus is on C&I lending not CRE but they will do IRE without hesitation.  Opportunity to do larger, more complex deals with larger more complex clients.  This bank won't hesitate to do $10mm, $20mm or even $30mm C&I deals and up to about the same on IRE.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for building and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, prospecting new business, retaining existing customers and deepening existing relationships. Identify cross-selling opportunities. Network in the community and develop centers of influence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years on the line as a commercial banker.  Local market knowledge needed.  Middle market experience desired.  Credit skills preferred but not a deal killer if able to tell whether or not a client is credit worthy.
