A leading global entertainment company with a strong and diversified presence in motion picture production and distribution, television programming and syndication, home entertainment, family entertainment, digital distribution, new channel platforms and international distribution and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Vice President, Distribution.
• Responsible for driving sales growth, client servicing, developing new business opportunities and managing all sales related issues in Asia region.
• Sales planning and execution of the sales strategies geared towards driving business growth and expansion in the Asia region.
• Handling all content sales across all media windows (Free TV, Pay and Basic, all on demand platforms, Home Entertainment) to maximize all sales potential and to achieve & exceed revenue targets.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing client base and also explore new platforms for additional revenue potentials.
• Create high level product presentations and negotiations with all potential clients.
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders (i.e. Legal, Servicing, Administration, etc.) to ensure excellent flow of communication about all the deal status in Asia.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Knowledge of the TV media industry and new digital business is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and manage a high workload, handling and servicing a large client base with diverse culture backgrounds.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational ability.
• Able to work proactively and autonomously.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience in presentation and negotiation in the South East Asian region, Japan and Korea is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in content distribution in the media industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both verbal and written English & Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
