Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Speech Therapists assist with ensuring the health and well-being of residents by making recommendations for a speech-language therapy treatment plan, if necessary, and carrying out treatments as planned.
The Speech Therapist will conduct an audiometric screening of residents upon request and making recommendations for further audiology services.
The Speech Therapist is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality resident care is maintained at all times.
Location Ticonderoga, NY
This town is located near Lake George and Lake Champlain, in the southeastern corner of Essex County.
This community is home to around 5,200 members, and is a popular destination in the fall and summer for visits to the nearby lakes, mountains, historic landmarks and 18th century history.
Requirements:
Graduate from an approved school of Speech Language Pathology required.
State license in good standing.
At 1 to 2 years of experience in SLP preferred, but strong new grad is welcome.
SNF Experience.
