JOB DESCRIPTION

Physical Therapist, Early intervention, Itinerant

 

This particular Position is covering the following areas: 

Coverage area is near Henrietta NY

 

This schedule follows the school calendar, this is a 10 Month position, additional per-diem compensation available during the summer months. 

 

Early intervention / Preschool Itinerant work - primarily home visits

 

Flexible schedule/Able to work with families to determine best schedule.

MS/DPT Degree in Physical Therapy and current or eligible for NYS license in good standing.
