JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek an experienced Account Manager to work with their key accounts to ensure ongoing, continued satisfaction; you will provide complete customer care, communicating current sales and aftermarket programs, forecasting, and increasing sales. We seek someone looking to become the partner for these key accounts - getting to know their operations so well that you can anticipate their needs and make recommendations to improve their bottom-line.

QUALIFICATIONS

With our client, we have identified the following qualifications as a requirement for success:


  • Five years related retail sales management account management experience.

  • Above average mechanical aptitude.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Capability establishing yourself as the new sales partner and build trust with your clientele.

  • Ability to exceed sales targets.

  • Willingness to relocate into trade area.

  • A farming background or familiarity with agricultural equipment (tractors, harvest equipment, sprayers, seeding equipment, hay & forage)

  • Aptitude for helping customers and following through to resolution

  • Above average computer and numerical ability preferred but basic computer skills a must

  • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills; a self-starter that is results oriented

  • Strong team player

  • Strong familiarity with leasing and purchase options
