Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Established Kansas Ag Retailer seeking a proven Sales Agronomist. Ideal candidate will have good, working knowledge of Midwestern crops, will have aggressive Agronomy-related sales experience and will have a solid ability to be highly competitive with highest integrity and honesty. This individual must also have the ability to relate well to Ag producers in a conservative community.
Location is within easy driving distance of a 3 major urban cities with great shopping and dining as well as major sports teams and many recreational activities.

- BS Agronomy degree or Associates degree with related experience; CCA preferred
- 2 or more years consultative Agronomy sales experience a MUST
- Self-directed, performance- and results-driven
- Excellent working knowledge of Midwestern crops and current agronomic products in the market place including Ag chemicals, fertilizers and seed
- Exceptional customer relationship skills and customer account maintenance with ability to develop new customer accounts
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
Education:
University - Associate's Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
