Outpatient Physical Therapist
- 40 hours/week (this is considered full-time and eligible for all benefits).
- $32.13 - $43.19/hr.
- Monday - Friday day shift with at least one later start time (10:30a - 7p).
- No major holidays worked; no on-call requirements.
- TENTATIVE schedule:
M-W-TH 9a to
5:30p, T 10:30a to 7p, F 8a to 4:30p.
- MUST work 5 days/week.
- Population will be primarily Adult to Geriatric, with options to provide pediatric evaluations and treatments if - candidate is interested.
- Focus on women's health- this is an option but not required for position.
- Will work at one facility, but may occasionally cover at another facility.
- State of the art equipment.
- Daily average of 7-9 patients; can see 1-3 new evals/day.
- One hour allotted for all new evals; minimum of 1.5 hours blocked on the PT's schedule per day for documentation purposes; if PT's evals go up to 4/day, extra documentation time is blocked.
- Will join team of 13 PTs and 12 PTAs.
- Generous CEU allowance with multiple onsite CEU opportunities provided.
