- 4-year Agronomy or Ag-related degree preferred
- CCA a real plus
- Solid knowledge / understanding of the agronomic needs of Central Nebraska crops grown on irrigated farmland
- Good ability to sell to Ag growers
- Self-directed and performance-driven
- Strong preference for individual with ties to area
