Search jobs by job speciality and/or location to find all jobs that match your specified criteria.
This option weights (prioritizes) the search results by a score that is calculated on the percentage of the job description that contains words that match your search terms. For example, compare a job (Job "A") containing 100 words in the description where the word 'accounting' appears 3 times to another job (Job "B") with 1000 words in the description where the word 'accounting' appears 5 times. Job "B" has the desired search term more often, but it occupies less of a percentage of the total job description, so Job "B" would score lower.
This option simply returns the most recent jobs first that match the keyword search and doesn't take into consideration the frequency within which the keywords occur in the job description. This is the default keyword search mode.
Whether you are searching for jobs or candidates the Find Records With feature is available to locate what you are looking for. The keyword search feature allows you to search for very specific job responsibilities or candidate experience by using keywords and/or phrases that you might find in a job order or in a candidate's profile. The keyword search feature will check the job order or candidate profile (including the RESUME/CV) for your keywords or phrases.
