JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Automation Engineer will assist with the development and implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) projects, production, processing methods through the application of engineering fundamentals and advances process control tools.
• They will be working with Allen Bradley (90%) and designing touch screens, troubleshooting, programming and simple modifications for HMIs.
   

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
3+ years of experience as a Controls/Automation Engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment
Hands on troubleshooting and modifications of Allen Bradley/Rockwell hardware/software (PLCs, Network, I/O, VFD and servos)
Experience troubleshooting and programming HMIs  
Experience with AutoCAD for electrical design 
Bachelors in Engineering (BSEE preferred)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Project Management Experience
Experience with SIMATIC WinCC for SCADA HMI controls
Experience in a World Class Manufacturing environment

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
