An interesting opportunity as Director Of Product & Program Management for a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.
This role will be reporting directly to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
• Developing the product lines’ strategy
• Ensure the business application strategy roadmaps are developed and validated
• Planning and prioritization of resources
• Ensure that the delivery of initiative programs is in line with the business strategy
• Build up the team’s skills and competencies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in the field
• Strong in delivery frameworks principles and project management
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Capable of contributing to the strategic direction of the company through constant improvement in processes, procedures, work flow planning and organization
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• A self-starter who is able to work creatively
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
