Their management development program is designed to move recent graduates through their operations, gaining the skills and experience to assume general management responsibility for a branch business unit. Beyond that your career will continue into more senior executive positions.
The company recruits graduates to start throughout the year - not limited to an annual intake.
These are hands-on roles working in a branch business unit. You will gain experience across all branch operations while being supported by a structured management training program and senior executive mentoring. This will involve rotations and training in operations and warehouse management, sales and negotiation skills, product knowledge, leadership, people management and financial management.
