A german based major power tool manufacturer is looking for a Jr. Product Manager for their American HQ. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of the Junior Product Manager, Accessories is to develop the revenue of the accessories linked to our client's Product Line (Power Tools) . Main categories are:

ABRASIVES & METAL Accessories
Grinder consumables (slicers, grinding wheels, flap wheels, fiber disc)
INOX / Stainless Steel finishing abrasives
CONCRETE Accessories (Carbide, Dustless systems)
CORDLESS Accessories (Drill bits, driver bits, taps, etc)
 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Revenue growth of the above-mentioned product lines (achievement of sales targets)
Management of product pipe-line
Product introductions
Competitive benchmark and testing
Creation of marketing and communication material together with the Marketing team
Sales support (reporting, technical support, demonstrations, training)

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to take initiatives, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to completion
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Financial analysis skills (budget, P&L, margin and ROI analysis, etc…)
• Must be proficient in working with the Internet and Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular)
• Sc. Degree in marketing, management or engineering is required. M.Sc. or MBA preferred
• Experience with powertool abrasives highly preferred

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
